She serves as the drummer and composer of the band MyGO!!!!! in the BanG Dream! franchise, voiced by Tomoko Hayashida. A first-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls’ High School, she stands 156 centimetres tall, has dark brown long hair and purple eyes, was born on August 9th and is a Leo. She was once a member of the disbanded band CRYCHIC and suffers from intense inferiority complex when comparing herself to her exceptionally talented elder sister and former bandmate Shokawa Shōko. Taki possesses a cool, stern personality with a sharp tongue and a tsundere side; nevertheless, she is exceptionally gentle only towards vocalist Tomori Takamatsu and walks her home every day without fail. She works part-time at LiveHouse RiNG and adores pandas, almond tofu and coffee, while she dislikes shiitake mushrooms due to teasing stemming from a pun on her name. She takes charge of most arrangements for the band’s rehearsals and live performances, yet struggles to compose music that can surpass Shōko’s works, and is a big fan of the band Afterglow. Her complicated entanglements with her former CRYCHIC bandmates, who are now her teammates in MyGO, form the core storyline. Her striking contrast of showing her tender side solely to Tomori grants her distinctive charm, and her earnest disposition alongside her tendency to shoulder all burdens alone has made her an immensely popular character in It’s MyGO!!!!!.
