Ritsu Tainaka

Ritsu Tainaka is the core character of 'K-On Shoujo,' the captain and drummer of the light music club at Sakuragaoka Girls' High School, voiced by Satomi Sato. Her birthday is August 21, and she is 154 cm tall. She keeps her tea-colored short hair and often ties her bangs up in a headband to reveal her forehead. She has a cheerful, boyish personality—bold yet energetic, lively, and the lively atmosphere of the club. She and Mio Akiyama are childhood friends who met in kindergarten and love to tease Mio. Because she is not skilled at delicate finger controls, she chose the drums kit and is a key figure in reviving the light music club, which was on the verge of being disbanded. She is often forgetful and always delays submitting club material, but is very reliable at critical moments, skilled at imitation, and has outstanding comedic skills. She accompanied her friends through high school. After graduating, she was admitted to N Women's University together with Yui Hirasawa, Mio Akiyama, and Kotofuki to continue together.
