Xiaoyue's rap-optimized RVC female model

Xiaoyue is a rap-type RVC model trained by Miaoyin Workshop. Compared to previous models, rap-type models were always in short supply. This time, they trained a rap-oriented model with a girlish voice, which is more suitable for rap fans. This model uses a higher 48K sampling rate, and a better dataset delivers better output.
