Pava is a character from the Japanese manga "Chainsaw Man" and a member of the Cabinet's Special Demon Action Section 4. He has bright red horns and pink (or rose-gold) hair, orange-yellow eyes with red rings, and a small chest but wearing a bra pad. She likes to lie, tends to lose control, and is especially disliking cleanliness, acting like a little sister in the trio. Pawa was originally a Blood Demon, living alone in the forest, feeding on animal flesh and blood. He hated plants and once adopted a kitten, but it was taken away by the Bat Demon. She distances herself from human society, considering humans the lowest beings, and adds the word "human" when encountering unpleasant things.

In episode three, Pava joins Makima's Tokyo Demon Special Section 4, teaming up with Denji to lure Denji into saving the kitten, which leads to his trap for the Bat Demon. The Bat Demon swallows the kitten and attacks Pava, but Denji ultimately kills the Bat Demon. In episode 4, Pava and Denji move into Hayakawa Aki's room. They are disliked for not being clean, but to thank Denji, they let him grope her chest three times. In episode six, Pawa and members of Public Security Demon Division 4 enter a hotel to search for demons, but are attacked by the Eternal Demon and trapped on the eighth floor. She ate all her food out of boredom and dreamed of winning the Nobel Prize and becoming Prime Minister. When Hayakawa Aki was accidentally injured, Pava stopped the bleeding for him. In episode eight, Pava and Denji undergo Kishibe's intense training. Both score 100 points in the Q&A segment, but are repeatedly beaten by Kishibe, until Kishibe is finally injured. Afterwards, Pava participated in the operation to capture Akane Sawatari and the samurai sword, and fought zombies alongside Denji. By drinking zombie blood, his power was enhanced, his horns increased from two to four, and he was taken away by Makima.

During the protection operation, Pava accidentally crashed into the eldest of the three undead brothers while driving, helping to uncover a conspiracy disguised as the police. Afterwards, Pava was summoned by Santa Claus to be teleported to hell by the demons of hell, where he was severely injured and left with psychological trauma. For a long time, she relied heavily on Denji and Hayakawa Qiu, even sleeping and bathing with Denji. After learning that Denji refused to travel with Makima as a couple, Pava apologized and let him drink his own blood. After Aki Hayakawa was killed and possessed by the Gun Demon, Pava was at a loss when he saw that Aki Hayakawa was actually the Gun Demon, and was ultimately killed by Denji himself. Afterwards, Pava and Denji used half of Hayakawa Aki's inheritance to rent an apartment and lived with Denji until Makima met Denji again.

In episode 81, Pava prepares a birthday cake to comfort the disappointed Denji, even a bra pad for him, and rushes to Makima's residence. But Makima, in order to break Denji's contract with Pochita, killed Pava right in front of Denji, placing her head and legs in the hallway of Makima's house. In episode 90, Makima severely wounds Chainsaw Man, and Powera's blood is awakened by Pochita. After devouring Pochita, she transforms into a Blood Demon that emerges from Denji's body and fights Makima and his minions, but is defeated. After being threatened, Pava decides to hand over Denji, but recalling memories of their life with Denji, she ambushes Makima and takes Denji away. Pava was severely wounded and cut in half by pursuers, struggled to drag Denji to a trash can in an alley, and before dying, gave him blood and promised that even if the Blood Demon reincarnated and didn't remember Denji, he would still treat her well and strive to turn her back into her original self. Finally, when Denji crawled out of the trash bin, Pava was nowhere to be found.

In the second part, the Hungry Demon brings the Wandering Demon to the human world, awakening the shadow deep in Denji's heart. Denji and Yoru gaze at the city engulfed in flames on the rooftop and confess that he has always been searching for the Blood Demon. Although she is annoying, being with her is an incredibly joyful time in life.

Pava's ability is to use his own blood to create objects, such as hammers and blades, and he can also stop others' bleeding. Because demons can restore themselves by ingesting blood, Pava's Blood Demon Nature causes her body to undergo changes after consuming too much blood, requiring bloodletting to maintain her normal form. Pava's true form is a Blood Demon, with a slender body, four arms, a tail, and a demonized face. He can use even stronger blood spells, such as directly extracting others' blood to turn it into weapons. In the battle with Makima, Pawa was ultimately defeated.
